We have a further meeting scheduled in November, at Durham Indoor Bowling Club.

NARPO (Durham Branch) Annual Luncheon
I am sure that you will all be aware that we were unable to print the Summer Edition of the Durham Peeler this year and that the Annual Luncheon Menu and Order Sheet would have been delivered along with the magazine.
Whilst we had made arrangements for the luncheon prior to the outbreak of the Covid-19 virus pandemic, we have been monitoring the position ever since.
As I am sure that you will all expect we have made the decision to cancel this year’s luncheon.
Our paramount concern was for the safety of our loyal members, who support the event.
Other considerations were the uncertainty of a venue that would be available on the day for the number of attendees, given the ever changing government guidelines and able to comply with all social distancing and sanitising.

Ray Jones (Durham NARPO Chairman)
