The 4th Retirees Reunion and Social Afternoon Spectacular at Durham Constabulary, H.Q., Aykley Heads, on Sunday 30th June, 2013 - 1.30pm to 5pm
Durham Constabulary and Durham Branch of N.A.R.P.O. invite ALL members of Durham Constabulary police and police support staff- both retired and serving to come along to this amazingly enjoyable social afternoon. A great deal of hard work, planning and co-ordination between the Strategic Development Team and your N.A.R.P.O. Committee to be sure that this year’s event will be even better than in the Olympic Year.
The majority of you, who have attended in previous years I know will be coming again – if you know of past colleagues who are not aware of the event – please tell them – they will be most welcome
There will be live entertainment by the Durham Constabulary Band and Choir; exciting demonstrations by the Dog Section, (emergencies excepted), the National Police Air Service Helicopter and its very interesting crew; displays by Durham H.Q. Archives; N.A.R.P.O. & The Blue. Then there are the true stars of the day, yourselves come along and meet old colleagues, tell your war stories” (if you can remember them) and best of all be part of the very friendly atmosphere that us old ‘uns’ can generate among each other.
Light refreshments will be provided and a super raffle organized and contributed by NARPO. The unique souvenir programme which can house your personal photograph taken on arrival- this has always proven to be very popular memento of the occasion.
Please Note: Admission is by ticket only & tickets are free.
