P.C. 981 Sydney Bell. West Hartlepool.I am in possession of this and several other photographs of P.C. Sydney Bell but to my chagrined I can’t recall from whom I got them.
Can anyone out there enlighten me regarding the history of this officer and details of his career please .I’m afraid my memory isn’t what it used to be!
